By accessing our website or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Unique Cleaning Services LLC provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Syracuse, New York and surrounding areas. Service details, scope, and pricing are agreed upon prior to each job.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including situations where access to the property is unsafe or conditions are not as described at the time of booking.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions.

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a recurring billing arrangement has been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

For recurring or subscription-based services, charges occur on the agreed billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each service performed.

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee or forfeiture of the service slot.

Any security codes, key instructions, or access arrangements must be communicated to us in advance.

Unique Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate and address the issue appropriately.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items improperly secured, or damage resulting from access restrictions that prevented proper cleaning.

Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to cancellations or situations where we were denied access to part of the property.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Onondaga County, New York.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Unique Cleaning Services LLC regarding quotes, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the nature of your service. You may receive up to several messages per service engagement.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Unique Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Unique Cleaning Services LLC.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
